Attorney Luis Oscar Nieves Perez was born in Bayamon Puerto Rico. He was raised in Naranjito, Puerto Rico. Nieves earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras campus. Then, he entered to the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico’s Law School where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. In his private practice, he worked as a criminal defense attorney and a family case attorney. He is a licensed Attorney who completed the Puerto Rico bar exam.
