Biography
Marigloria Colón holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a Major in Finance, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, Metro Campus. After working in the finance sector, she pursued a Juris Doctor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico School of Law, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. During law school, she was a member of the Editorial Board of the Puerto Rican Law Journal and served as a professor’s assistant. She completed her legal practice as a law clerk for Hon. Erick Kolthoff, now a Puerto Rico Supreme Court Justice, and later worked at a Puerto Rican law firm handling civil cases. She also served as the Director of the Continuing Legal Education Program at her alma mater. Afterward, shifted her focus to Immigration Court Litigation, joining Kostiv and Associates, one of the largest immigration law firms in California. She now continues her practice as part of the Consumer Law Group, where she remains dedicated to advocating for immigrant rights.
