Nidia Rivera

Attorney Nidia Stephanie Rivera comes from Cuban and Panamanian backgrounds. She came to the United States with her mom at the age of 12 and lived in the Miami area since then. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Florida International University in 2014. Later obtained her Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in International Law in 2018 from Nova Southeastern University. Afterward, she obtained an LLB at the University of Barcelona, Spain in 2020. She started practicing immigration back in 2019 dealing with extensive court proceedings and issues outside of court as well, ranging from asylums, cancellations, adjustments of status, waivers, naturalizations, deportation defense, and more. Currently, she is an active member of the Florida State Bar.
